Marc's Notes re: the season finales of CSI (17.3/25, 25.07 million)
and Without A Trace (13.9/22, 19.52 million):

Comparably, both were down by double-digit percentages from their
year-ago season finales. This fall, of course, CSI will face ABC's Grey's
Anatomy, and Without A Trace is moving to Sunday at 10 p.m. out
of the relocated Cold Case (and opposite ABC's Brothers & Sisters,
which leads out of Desperate Housewives). Should be interesting!
