Dylan Winslow...
In a final "screw you" to the show's viewers, ABC has apparently removed
"Day Break" from it's online episodes page.

David B...
They still have the ABC.com Day Break web page up. They probably just took
it on the online episodes page until the dispute or the music rights is
over.

kaydigi...
They already said that they can't put it up due to music clearance issues.
Why couldn't ABC remove the music clip and upload the episodes. Maybe it's
more than one clip?

Dylan Winslow...
I doubt that there were any real issues with the music. I expect that
it was just a stall while they decided whether or not they would host
new episodes. Evidently they decided against hosting any episodes at
all.

Ian Galbraith...
Why not release it on DVD? Surely the music rights covered DVD.

Anim8rFSK...
Not always. There have been shows within the past couple years that
didn't bother to snag the DVD rights to save money.

jayembee...
Not so surely. CRIMINAL MINDS, NUMB3RS, EVERYBODY HATES CHRIS, JOAN
OF ARCADIA, KEEN EDDIE, and other current or recent shows have had
music substitutions because the licenses did not include DVDs. And
Warner Bros. is, so far, keeping COLD CASE off DVD *completely*
because of music clearance issues.

Padmar Mushkin...
They probably realized (correctly I think) that his has more sales
potential on DVD than most canceled series, and keeping it offline
would protect that.
