Is Ugly betty beating "The Office" & "My Name Is Earl" in the ratings

For the 8-9pm timeslot on Thursdays. If not, it would be interesting to
see how close it is to beating those shows.

Ratings for the week of October 16-22:

Ugly Betty: 21st place, 13.17 million viewers
My Name Is Earl: 49th place, 8.56 million viewers
The Office: 50th place, 8.46 million viewers

And Ugly Betty is even a strong second against Survivor:
Survivor: 15th place, 15.02 million viewers

I hope NBC won't be silly and cancel them. They just needs to move
those shows to a less competitive timeslot.

Nah, those shows are doing about as well as can be expected, given that
they're competing against two hit shows in the Top 25.

The fact that they just put 30 Rock in there suggests that NBC is
sticking with its strategy of a comedy Thursday night. The Office and
My Name is Earl won't be moved, but they probably won't be canceled either.

Ugly Betty is beating everything in that timeslot (Survivor eeks out some
viewer numbers, though). The NBC comedies are a very distant back runner in
the ratings race.

Oh goodie! I love Ugly Betty. It's a unique show and I look forward
to it each week.
