Steven L....
Unless ABC is trying to keep Commander-in-Chief on the air as some kind
of political statement (Hillary promo), C-in-C won't be renewed with
these kinds of numbers. It was never that popular with the 18-49's, but
2.1/6 may be its worst showing ever for that demo.

Taylor...
There's just nowhere to put it to get decent numbers. It'll never pull
in decent numbers. Blame the bonehead who decided to axe the first guy
in charge of it and bring in Bochco. There was a delay in scripts and
even when Bochco delivered, people found they didn't like his take on
it. Should the show never have been tinkered w/, we'll never know how it
would have done. Thanks, Stephen.

Shows ranked in order of ratings (viewer totals where available):

CBS - "CSI" (repeat) - 12.3/20 (18.7 million)
CBS - "Without A Trace" - 11.5/19 (16.7 million)

Jack Bauer's Spunky Sidekick, Ian J. Ball...
Was this a new episode? 'Cos, if so, it's *down*, even considering the
"CSI" rerun as a lead-in.

(Maybe everyone else has caught on that this show's running on fumes...)

CBS - "Survivor: Panama - Exile Island" - 9.7/16 (16.3 million)
ABC - "American Inventor" (9PM) - 5.5/9 (8.4 million)
ABC - "Commander in Chief" - 5.2/9 (7.7 million)
NBC - "My Name Is Earl" (repeat) (9PM) - 4.9/8 (7.7 million)
NBC - "ER" (repeat) - 4.2/7 (6.2 million)

Jack Bauer's Spunky Sidekick, Ian J. Ball...
Beating a "ER" rerun? That's good.

Only 7.7 million viewers? That's bad. Real bad.

ABC - "American Inventor" (8PM) - 4.0/7
NBC - "The Office" (repeat) - 3.9/6 (6.1 million)
FOX - "The O.C." - 3.6/6 (7.7 million)

Jack Bauer's Spunky Sidekick, Ian J. Ball...
This is a typo, right? - It should be 4.7 mil, or 5.7 mil, yes?

'Cos otherwise "The O.C.'s" ratings nearly doubled over last week, and
I'm just not buying that.

FOX - "That '70s Show" (2 eps, repeat) - 2.8/5
WB - "Smallville" - 2.6/5

Jack Bauer's Spunky Sidekick, Ian J. Ball...
And, once again, thanks for those WBN viewership numbers Variety & Zap!1
[sigh]

NBC - "My Name is Earl" (repeat) (8:30PM) - (no data)
NBC - "Will & Grace" (repeat) - (no data)
UPN - "Everybody Hates Chris" - (no data)
WB - "Supernatural" - (no data)
UPN - "Love, Inc." - (no data)
UPN - "Eve" - (no data)
UPN - "Cuts" - (no data)

Cheers,

TD (aka Rhonda)

Is this the real life? Is this just fantasy?
Caught in a landslide, no escape from reality
from Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody"

for a good time call
