I would love to nominate the lowest abomination of an infomercial
to ever hit the airwaves (in the Los Angeles area at least) "Consumers
Credit Choice".
When I saw it, I could feel my brain melt inside of my head. It's key
features are loud
buzzers and alarms going off, ultra cheap CGI text that looks like it
was made on a 386/SX, the
most boring stock footage of cars driving you can ever imagine, and
people doing business
in a depressing, ultra sterile office enviroment. And to top it all
off, they have this annoying
CGI phone that appears in the upper corner of the screen blaring off of
the hook. I wanted to
blast that thing off the screen with a shot gun.
Anyone else have an infomercial they want to nominate?

Any infomercial that pretends even for a SECOND that it's a real TV show.

Or shows masqarading as a news broadcast complete with callers
"calling" in.
Or how about infomercials that have a running clock saying "x amount of
seconds" left to call
for their "great offer".
