Chris went home. There's no reason to watch anymore. This is ridiculous.

Wow, and people say Star Trek fans are too wrapped up in a silly TV
show... :-)

And none of the people who appear on this show-- past or present-- has
any real talent or star quality.
That's what's so funny about this.

There's plenty of outrage being posted at alt.tv.american-idol

People should boycott next week and affect the ratings.

why should people boycott and and damage the show? It's not the shows fault
people never voted for him.
I personally thought he was the weakest....but then he sang two of my
favourite elvis songs very very averagely

You heard something I didn't. I didn't like Chris until he sang
"Suspicious Minds." I thought he did a great job and it was the only
time I've ever felt that one of the idols could have recorded a
performance right then and there and sell it.

In your view, it may be ridiculous, but guess what? America voted.
Blame his fans for not voting. I, for one, am glad he's gone - never
quite got his attraction, and hated the vibrato.

You rock N :-)
Certainly Chris was the last of the 4 we'd have bought a record from.

He's who I predicted. He was the weakest of the guys this week. Kat had
one more vote from the yellow dress 2 weeks ago (whoever decided to dress
her in gray gunny sacks ever since will cost her the competition).
