What going to happen to wb and upn programs?
I live in the Indianapolis viewing area.
Actual Broadcast channel 23 is UPN owned by CBS
Actual Broadcast channel 4 WB is owned by Tribune Entertainment.

WNDY 23 is not owned by CBS. It was sold to LIN TV last year.

I wonder which will have the CW here. Most likely 23

Nope, the Tribune-owned station will get CW there.

However, Tribune also own Wxin channel 59 Fox network.
I didn't think Tribune was a related to Wb, I thought it was related
to the Fox.
I wonder if they will do any swapping. I will find out in September
or maybe sooner.

More likely 4 I would think. VHF outlets are better (signal-wise) than
UHF outlets, and have a wider reach.

There is one thing WB had good ratings on. Saturday Morning Cartoons.
I wonder what will happen with those just out of curiosity. Pokemon
is popular. My grandpa likes cartoons.

The Saturday morning Kids' WB lineup will move to The CW.

anyone know whats happening to Related or The Bedford Diaries?
i really like related but know it's not doing too well ratings wise and The
Bedford Diaries was supposed to start in January but I've seen no mention of
it.
I recon the WB/UPN move will help ANTM and Veronica Mars but wont do well
with much else...I doubt Related will last, Charmed has gotten sucky and
smallvile has never gotten unsucky.
I also hope this brings hope for Joss Wedons long discussed Spike movie.
Assuming there someone on both sides of the 50-50 who had something to do
with Buffy or Angel being on the station then I'm hoping the movie, or some
kind of series, gets the go ahead.

The CBS/Warners release said that the Warner 5-hour Saturday morning
block will continue. It mentioned the fact that it has been the highest
rated network programming on Saturday mornings for several years.
The CW will also continue the two hour 'Easy View on Sunday afternoons
and the two hour daily afternoon block on weekdays. Basically, they're
taking over the WB's schedule structure and mixing UPN programming into
it.

Well, the first thing that will happen is that all those lily-white WB
shows like "Smallville", whose one token Pete Ross left last season,
"Everwood", whose one black dude is a semi-regular at best (though he
is married to white woman on the show), etc. will be recast in the UPN
mold with all blacks except one token white per show.
Won't KalElFan be surprised when learns that the future Lois Lane
ain't Chloe Sullivan but some chick whose given name is Sh'mekia
