I think it is, and he just styles it in a way that covers as much of
his head as possible. It's not a good style, however, because it's not
flattering to his round face. I think he looked better when he openly
had a receding hairline with a strong widow's peak, like on Larry
Sanders. He should either get transplants or a toupee or go back to
brushing it up and away from the face.
