I now note the problem; "...full of misinformation" was hyperbole.
I should have said: "Wikipedia cannot be relied on for accuracy",
or Wikipedia information is not necessarily accurate.
The only reason I quoted information from Wikipedia was to show
that you can get conflicting information from that site.
I've looked at NBC Universal web pages and can't find any mention
of Trio being relaunched as Sleuth.
One thing we can agree on: Trio channel is kaput.

Gee, all those channels and a dearth of viewers.
NBC is last in viewership among the big 4.

|
Which is why it's good NBC diverged itself in multiple directions.
Being #4 on over-the-air tv isn't as hurtful when you've got solid
profits flowing from Sci-Fi, TNT, and MSNBC.

Ditto the Nashville Network TNN and the current Spike, but they are
still the same channel..... one suceeding the other.

Okay, well, Trio never stopped operating. One day it was on cable
channel XX... the next day it was Sleuth. Simple name change.

|
Each of those niche cable channels have far fewer
viewers than NBC.
BTW, Sleuth was not formerly Trio.
NBC shutdown Trio and launched Sleuth more
than a year later.
BTW2, TiVo is not a channel.
What percentage of TiVo is owned by NBC?
