Yep, I'm thinking the same thing. Kelvin said to Desmond that Kazinski
spliced the Orientation Tape and we found the spliced tape in the chest
within the bible along with the glass eye. Low and Behold, we have a man
with no eye.

That was the first thing I thought, but no way was that him. I thought he
vaguely resembled James Remar, but he was just in Jericho, so it probably
was the power of suggestion.

Nathan is apparently playing a character in a flashback, though, of
course, that doesn't necessarily preclude him from turning up on the
island, too.
