Every comedy segment, without exception, was funny. Most were
hilarious. I don't remember the last time that this happened.

I agree, well written and performed show.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY, STAN!" Nearly fell off the chair on that one.

They were better because they knew when to end them. Most SNL
sketches go about 10 minutes past the joke and get boring. I wonder
if Julia had anything to do with that.

I agree that it was a funny show, only the Dane Cook episode was better, and
that was the greatest episode in SNL history.

Amazing ep. I wonder who took over the writing. Something was
very different last night ... as in FUNNY.

Yes...except for that clunker skit with the Gremlins and Dracula, it
was a strong episode.
David Levy...
|
I enjoyed that sketch a great deal. In my opinion, this show
contained zero clunkers.
Oh, and while Julia's character referred to them as "gremlins," they
actually were mogwais...if that's the correct pluralization.
Rob Jensen...

Dude, we know they're mogwai (IMO, the plural of mogwai is mogwai).
But the general nonfangeeky public likely thinks of them this way:
furry gremlins = Gizmo and other good gremlins, scaly gremlins =
Stripe and other bad gremlins.

So, how long until Rich and Justin come out and decry it as being
traitorous to our country?
