Well, anyone could have seen that coming. Fox is running in "burn-off"
mode with the remaining episodes. I knew the OC was toast when I saw
Fox running fresh episodes during holiday time when everything else on
the air is in reruns.

Although if they gave it a full season this year it would have 100
episodes, they must really hate it and other than Idol what are they
going to put on Thursdays that will get any ratings?

How long will it take Mischa Barton to get another job? I just saw her in
"The 'Oh' in Ohio," and she was hott to trott.

I don't see why all the complaining about her. So she's pretty. She was
fine on OC--the problem was the suckaciousness of the storytelling, not

She's not pretty. She gangly and has enormous diction problems that
you can't even stand to listen to her talk. That blank "I'm only used
to doing still work" look on her face all the time doesn't help,
either.

Agree.
Her work on "The O.C." gave no sign that she'd ever taken an acting or
diction lesson, even at the elementary school level.
Even Liz Taylor at _her_ worst, had a lot more personality and presence
than this pale elf.

The suckaciousness of the storytelling was Barton not wanting to emote
through actually decent stories.
