Instead of merely rendering decisions of the question of internation
commerce, or condemning whole governments for their actions,
perhaps it's time to allow the court to rule on things like the
supression of freedom by heads of multi-national corporations?
The heads of Yahoo, web-search and Microsoft could be brought to
trial for their part in quashing the freedoms of Chinese people,

The Chinese people have no freedoms to quash.

And what about all the talk of how free enterprise was going to help

given how they've caved-in (for money) to pressure from the Chinese
communist government to censor the opinions of certain people
and groups in China.
Given the Chinese government grants those corporations (often)
exclusive rights to provide specific services, there are no
alternatives to the people but to utilize them. They are therefore
hamstung by the policies of the corporations and thus the Chinese
communist regime. It would be good to see the heads of these
companies in a criminal court dock, however unlikely that scenario is.
It would show people just what those LIBERALS who run those
corporations are actually made of and that "freedom" for them stops at
the "buck level."
