I think it was more to do with him not knowing whre to go to avoid
being run down. And in suspense films/tv nothing is ever
visable/audible until the last possible second.

3.0. I'm not sure how they can make this one kidnapping last an entire
season. Maybe it would be better if they did 5 or 6 episode arcs with
diffeent kidnappings.

I agree, but will give it a 4. 13 episodes would be a better fit
IMO. If it lasts two seasons there would be a new cast except
for Sisto & Co.

For that matter, all shows should have 13-ep seasons. It would
give the producers more time to turn out a higher quality product,
thus keep the audience happier and wanting more between seasons
(see HBO).

How will they maintain the winter feel throughout the aseason?

How is it that no one in NYC saw or heard that giant shootout at the
begining when the kid is kidnapped?

I was surprised to see Linus Roache in this, a few years ago I thought
he would have been a much bigger star than he is today.

Why didn't Hutton send for his daughter up at Brown once they grabbed
the son?

I didn't buy the kidnapper that liked to go hunting casually looking
away when the hitman who he thought was a the money man.

I like seeing NYC locations put to good use but of course they went
for the most obvious and cinematic, that bridge in Central Park.

Probably easier to get a permit for filming in the famous places.

Those tunnels look scary to me just standing on a platform. I wouldn't
want to go down there.

I had to walk through one when there was a power outage or jumper, we
never found out, for about 3 blocks.
