Numb3rs Question

I like Numb3rs, but because it airs against so many other shows I like
(the Sci-Fi Friday stuff, Monk/Psych, now L&O and there's always
sports), it usually gets the 'I'll catch it during reruns' line from me.
But, for a number of reasons, I watched it live last night after not
seeing it for a while and I'm curious about something.

When did Larry and Megan start dating? The show alluded to it several
times (though Larry and Megan had no scenes together) so it's been going
on for awhile. I just find them to be such an odd couple (though I
really like Larry and I love Peter McNichol) that I'm just wondering
when and how it all started.

Yeah, I don't hate it but though it doesn't seem much different than the
old one, it's just off....

They've been going out occasionally for some time. They like each other,
and have had dinner-type dates but it's even less of a story line than
Dad's parttime job or Don's connection to the DA lady (who we haven't
seen for weeks, BTW.)
