The Closer - help

Hi Fans,

My tape ran out @#$^#*& and I missed the last 10 min or so of last
week's episode of the Closer, Show Yourself, about the sniper. Can
someone please fill me in on the point from where the FBI agent and
Brenda were following the Colonel? I can find no recaps anywhere.

I don't remember all the details because I saw it on the original run,
but at the very end Brenda gets him "cornered" on a rooftop but he
uses his super ninja military sniper skills to fade into the darkness
and get away. She was successful as far as figuring out who he was,
but didn't catch him in the end. One of the few, if not the only ep,
where the perp walks. Of course they set him up as a sympathetic
character so that his escape wouldn't be a total downer.

I thought the father shot his sniper son and they couldn't locate him. I
just watched it this week. It ended with Brenda screaming for the father to
come out of hiding.

You're right. Forgot that detail since I saw it in the fall. I'm
getting too old to recap anything I didn't see within the lat week or
