You may be right, you may be wrong. But this is the first time since
maybe the 1970s that I'm going to watch the Academy Awards. I know for
a fact I saw more movies in theatres in 2005 than in the entire period
1993-2004. I liked most of them, and most of them are nominated, so I'm

My viewing & my interest in the Oscars isn't quite as extreme as yours but
I've certainly seen more nominated movies in the theatre now than in the
recent past!!
