Out of curiosity, if I were a Nielsen viewer, would the fact that I
watched the local FOX network be recorded as a plus for FOX even thought

telenovels...

No. Nielsen "credits" that time to the local station / college game.
As for impact most stations are less than one-tenth of a percent, so
you wouldn't see even a blip in the ratings.

all the normal programming was pre-empted for a college basketball game?
I guess one small market station pre-empting a show would have little
impact. Will they adjust the numbers if I watched the re-broadcast on
Saturday afternoon (which I have no intention of doing)?
