She sees a Mustang pull in behind her with a guy in it.
To teller;
"Thank you... and I want to pay for a few of his shirts... and give him my card please."

Any Burger King commercial that has the "Burger King" in it gives
me the creeps. Especially the one where the guy opens his curtain
and BK is standing right outside his window staring into his house....

Ad people assume that most people will think if a woman does it, it's
not creepy.

So, your theory is that the guy is stuck in a line of cars with nothing to
do except wait and he doesn't notice what the woman in the car in front of
him looks like? That doesn't sound very realistic.

No way I'd call that number.
I'd be wondering what kind of monster this chick is,
if she's trying to bribe guys to call her, sight unseen?

I wouldn't call it "creepy", but definately not a smart move for a
woman to be passing out her number to total strangers. From all
accounts, Bundy was a decent looking fellow - don't know if he drove a
Ford though.
