No, not the outside of the ship. That was first seen in the mini-series.
No I know where I saw the INTERIOR of the cylon basestar:
The 1970s
Come on. That whole look reeks of 1970s disco scene, from the sleek chrome,
glowing excessive lights--not to mention the (terry cloth?) fashion.

I'll buy that if the rest of the season shows a more "cylon" looking
basestar interior.

D'anna's number looked like something you'd see swirling around SATURDAY
NIGHT FEVER, and of course Six's slightly longer, bottle bleach hair is
reminescent of Farrah Fawcett.
It's the kind of sci fi set that could have easily come from a scene of
1970s BUCK ROGERS IN THE 25TH CENTURY.

It's a great contrast to the more--I wanna say contemporaneous, but the rest
of the colonial fleet doesn't look nearly as high tech as 21st century
"first world" technology, ooh, I know--regular 1970s office settings OUTSIDE
of a disco. The scenes are like offices in the 1970s before computers
dominated. Instead you have the big solid AT&T phones that could hammer
nails, speaker phones, 1970s microphones (back in Season 1's eps on the
Cloud Nine space ship where they had the "wireless" broadcast). That's it.
Even the weird-looking cylon display panel that Sharon Agathon activated in
the cylon control center on New Caprica ... very 1970ish LOGAN'S RUN sci fi
feel.

When my wife saw that interior, with the illuminated red bar all around
the walls she said "Hey, it's the inside of the cylon's one red eye,
watching Baltar..." . Freaked me out when I thought about it - she
hates sci fi but somehow nailed that one, I'd say...
