Ubiquitous...
Tropical Tastes

Sandra is bringing the taste of the tropics right
to her sister’s kitchen for an exotic and easy meal.
Chicken with Peanut Curry Sauce on a bed of coconut
rice will get your taste buds dancing. Then, sea
scallops get a tangy makeover, when marinated in a
pina colada mix and paired with pineapple. Sandra
also turns an everyday cookie mix into an exotic
Macadamia Coconut Cookie that’s easy as 1,2,3.
Finally, it’s Sandra’s Lime in the Coconut
cocktail--you’ll want to drink all up!

Hmm, this ep isn't being aired today... In it's place is Southwest
Smorgasbord. Yeah, I don't get it either.

KevinS...
Your own footnote in the original post said the first air in April 29
(next week).

Ubiquitous...
It's either been a long week or I am _that_ far ahead of the curve.

Southwest Smorgasbord
Peppers and spices turn ordinary dishes into flavorful
meals, starting with a Cajun Pork Burger and Spicy
Remuoulade Sauce. On the side, how about zesty Jalapeno
Potato Salad? Then it’s a Texas classic--Five Bean
Chili--which is a cinch to make with a slow cooker.
Sandra cools it all off with a Ginger Peach Ice Cream
Sandwich and a Tropical Cooler.

It looks like SLop is back to form, though

ANIM8Rfsk...
oooo, SLoP. I never remember when slop is on, and she's not in any of our
guides, but I can program our shiny new DVR to record new eps of her.

Not sure if I should thank you or not . ..

Dude, this one's a classic. SLop is alone and back to form, making "kiddie
cocktails" for her 13 year old newphew (what is with this woman and booze?),
thinking it takes _minutes_ for food to get freezer burn, and ensuring that
said nephew gets beaten up on Monday by claiming he's an Emeril fan, claiming
she is going to SCORE with her nephew and friends, and giving him and his
friends cute little potted plants with their names painted on them.

Oh yeah, before I forget, we now know what she does with the "juice" in that
bottle of jalapeno she keeps topping off with water from the sink...

Apparently SLop is the houseguest that won't leave. I guess that'll teac her
sister not invite Snadra over to stay at her place again...

I sure hope she's not going to marinate those scallops in piÑa colada drink
mix!

Lastly, "you’ll want to drink all up"? Who writes these things?

bizook...
Harry Nilsson, apparently:

Song: Coconut
Writer: Harry Nilsson
Publisher: EMI Blackwood Music
Recorded: June, 1971
Producer: Richard Perry

Brother bought a coconut, he bought it for a dime
His sister had another, she paid it for a lime.
She put the lime in the coconut, and drank them both up
She put the lime in the coconut, and drank them both up
She put the lime in the coconut,
Called the doctor, woke him up, and said,
"Doctor, ain't there nothin' I can take,
I say, Doctor, to relieve this belly ache?
I say, Doctor, ain't there nothin' I can take,
I say, Doctor, to relieve this belly ache?"

"Now let me get this straight;
You put the lime in the coconut, you drank them both up
You put the lime in the coconut, you drank them both up
You put the lime in the coconut,
called your doctor, woke him up, and said,
'Doctor, ain't there nothing I can take,
I say, Doctor, to relieve this belly ache?
I say, Doctor, ain't there nothin' I can take,
I say, Doctor, to relieve this belly ache?'

You put the lime in the coconut, and drink them both down,
You put the lime in the cocount, you're such a silly woman!
Put the lime in the coconut, and drink them both together,
Put the lime in the coconut, and call me in the morning."

It's still a cool, quirky tune, IMHO.
