Latest STARGATE ATLANTIS episode (unaired yet in US) on-line (no egregious spoilers)

As the subject line says, STARGATE ATLANTIS Season 3, Episode 12 is
on-line (and actually has been for a couple of days -- I'm late in
getting this posted). It's aired in Canada only at this point, and
won't be seen in the US until sometime in March.

Anyway, some spoilers here, but none that I think are egregious.
But read on at your peril.

OK, no real details about the story here, but it appears that what
we have here is an attempt to do another Avert the Extinction-Level
Event, as they did last year with the supervolcano episode. As such,
it works OK, if not as well as that previous story. The trouble is
that it seems to start off as a weak ghost story, and takes far too
long to get to the real story. It only gets really interesting in
the last 10-15 minutes, but boy are those last 10-15 minutes fun.

In terms of the overall Stargate Universe stuff, this episode
brings up, in expository dialogue, some data of note. Thanks to the
Replicators in the previous 2-parter, they now have three -- count
'em, three -- fully-charged ZPMs. Of course, Atlantis only gets to
keep one of them. The second is now installed in the Antarctic
outpost to power the defense system there. And the third has been
installed in the Odyssey to increase its ability to fight the Orii.

Of course, this brings up an interesting question. They maintain
that the ZPM left in Atlantis will provide enough power for the
shields, the cloak, and long-distance dialing of the gate back
to Earth. Which suggests that the smart thing to do back on Earth
would be to move Stargate Command to Antarctica, so that the ZPM
installed there will be available not only to power the chair for
defense, but to give intergalactic dialing capability to the
Earth gate. It would obviously be useful to have two-way dialing
between Earth and Atlantis.

I wonder if this point has occurred to the show's Powers That Be.
