How long before 70's Show Cast sues Fox F/X?

For lost residuals ala Alan Alda or David Duchovny? I don't think I've
ever seen a show run so many times in such a short period of time.

Supposedly it does really well. Variety says that when FX runs a
primetime marathon of it they beat FOX, WB and UPN in 18-49s.

Okay I looked up the article and it says that the Friday night
marathons beat three networks (I assume FOX/WB/UPN) in males. I don't
know if that's more or less impressive than beating them in 18-49s.

It sounds like it's impressive enough for Carsey Warner to think about
selling a weekly two-hour block into syndication (targeting the former
WB/UPN affiliates).

You're presuming that the cast isn't getting residuals from all these
reruns. Their agents know about the earlier lawsuits, so they probably
firmed up these commitments in their contracts.
