Since I wasn't born yet when this originally aired, it doesn't for me.
:) But it's still fun to watch.

What surprises me is just how good the quality of the video is.

I notice it was taped from a Baltimore channel, 2, WMAR, so yes it
brought back memories for me, as I grew up in Baltimore and was 14 at
the time. Thanks for sharing.

Nope those are 100% authentic 1980 something commercials. The Tasters
Choice commercial was always that over the top. I even remember the
A&P one.

It's just nostalgia for old coots like me in their forties and beyond.

Yep, I remember the Robert Stack commercial (look at all those gas
guzzlers behind him!) and the Gaines Burgers commercial. I was in High
School... that was a couple of weeks before the Reagan assassination
attempt and a month before the first Shuttle launch.

I have tapes of DS9 ten years ago that haven't held up that well...
