Wow, first they discovered channel 7, and now - channel 9! Way to go,
guys. And - they sort in numerical order now, instead of ASCII
(channel 4 now preceeds 28, for example). Kewl.
As soon as they discover that we don't all live in east coast time,
the thing will be usable again for the first time in weeks.

Yes, what's up with them thinking all their users are on the east coast.
Next they need to give you a full screen when you click for a description.
That "pop-over" blurs into existing text on my screen and is partly
unreadable.
Give the option for their previous format I might go back but for now I'm
happy with ZapIt except they don't tell you if it's a rerun. Darn annoying
to tape a re-run when you thought you were choosing between two new shows
to tape.

I'm waiting for them to discover that sometimes people want to
search for upcoming programs...

Is there a reason companies don't test out "new and improved" versions
on real people before going live with them?

Is there a reason people are still using Yahoo TV listings instead of
something like zap2it.com?
Stan Brown...
|
Because they get bored waiting for Plod2it screens to load?

In my case, I need to keep an eye on listings for two different
countries. Since the listings seem to set cookies, it's difficult
to switch between completely different sets of listings from
the same provider. So I've been using Zap2It for one set and
Yahoo for another. But now that there's no search capability
in Yahoo, that one is out...

Excite.com works pretty well for me and is the most accurate
I've seen I think. ...tonyC

Real people might not tell the suits what they want to hear.
Best to play it safe.
