Just curious as to how many here will actually watch anything ABC has
to offer in January. Sure, there are the obvious choices, but aside
from those, what do you think you'll be watching from this lot?

I zeroed out. I won't be watching any of the shows you listed.

I was only going to be watching Daybreak, but they pulled it.
So, nothing for me.

That's it.
Pretty sad.

Agreed... for me it's just "Grey's Anatomy"; unless I replace "Six
Degrees" [which I gather is cancelled], with "Ugly Betty". I really
liked "Six Degrees". :(

For me, it'll just be Lost, Grey's and Ugly Betty. I've found that

For my wife and I, it'll be pretty much what we've been watching
on ABC since the beginning of the season: DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES,
BROTHERS & SISTERS, and MEN IN TREES. And LOST, when it comes
back. And THE NINE *if* it comes back. My wife also likes GREY'S
ANATOMY and BOSTON LEGAL, but in both cases, she's decided to
wait for them to come out on DVD.

The way I read it, they're not offering Lost (even in reruns) as an
option in January.
Me, I'll watch the Big Day shows just to see Sokolov look pretty, and
I'll occasionally watch Boston Legal whenever I'm home and bored.
|
ever since they cancelled Mork & Mindy, ABC has only ever had two or
three shows on at a time that are watchable enough for me to stay with
them. Weakest programming lineup of all five of the current broadcast
networks.

IOW, everything I was watching on ABC this fall, except those shows which
are no longer on.

Grey's, Men in Trees, Brothers & Sisters. Housewives has lost a good bit of
its appeal, but I may give it another try.

This is what I've watched since the season began and that'll continue.
None of ABC's new offers sound appealing. I don't care for reality
programming and they seem to continue putting out really bad comedies,
which makes up the rest of their schedule. Seems to me unless they can

I hope people give "Knights of Prosperity" a chance. The pilot made me
laugh pretty much from start to finish, and, as an unexpected bonus, it

Whereas I gave up after 5-10 minutes.

also had a great cliffhanger ending. Though it'll probably be yet
another comedy with limited appeal.

come up with a orignal comedy, or even a 'classic' style one that is
actually funny, they should forget sitcoms for awhile. ABC has no crime
thrillers or police dramas. A few good ones might be a good idea.
|
Personally, all I see is Knights of Prosperity and In Case of
Emergency, but all they'll get out of me is at least a view of their
pilots, after that who knows. Otherwise, I see absolutely nothing to
tune into. Nothing. Happy New Year, ABC.

Wow. What a horrific lineup. Extreme Makeover: HE is the only one on
that list that I watch.
