So You Think You Can Dance

I don't know why this great series has had so little buzz in
this ng. Of all the so-callled talent shows airing this
summer, this one had the highest calibre of talent, hands
down. Mind boggling.

I agree! I loved this show! I picked Allison in the very beginning
and was surprised when she was eliminated. But as far as the guys go,
I love Benji! He excudes entertainment. It's definitely a fabulous
show, and with 16 million phone-in votes on the last show, it certainly
proved its staying power. I look forward to Season 3!

I missed the first half hour of the show, so maybe they talked about
this -- does anyone know how/what Nick and Melody are doing? Nick won
last year, and Melody (I think that is their names) came in second. I
kind of thought it was weird there was no mention of them.

There was mention of them...forget in what context as I spent most of
the finale FF'ing to the good parts. But Nick was my pick last year
and Benji this time around.

I thought Nick & Melody were exceptional dancers. Don't shoot me, but
I thought technically, they were better than the final 4 this year --
although Travis came close. And Benji is a phenomenal performer.

But what is happening with them? Wasn't Nick's prize an apartment in
NY for year -- instead of a gig with Celine Dion? (that sticks in my
mind, don't know if it is true -- because I made up in my head that he
was going to invite his best friend Melody to stay with him -- this
isn't true, I just made it up in my head as a nice story at the time.
;)).

I loved everything except the one hour elimination show. Dump the musical acts
promoting their albums and bring back a few dancers from previous seasons and
I'll watch.
I want to know what happened to Snow, my favorite from last year.

I have to agree with you on the *talent* score. I have never seen that many
talented contestants on any show, and it was SO hard to believe they were
just amateurs. They were mesmerizing and a joy to watch. Hated to see the
show end.

I thought for sure that Travis was going to win. It was a
tough call between him and Benji because they were both
amazing. Eventhough it was supposed to be the audience vote,
I wonder if Celine Dion had any say in which one won. Benji
is clearly better suited for the job.

I chose Benji when the top ten were announced. I considered him unbeatable.
I love the relationship he has with his dad.

I missed some shows so I don't know what job you're referring to, but Benji
will clearly be able to entertain any audience, I believe. And Travis is so
technically good, just as that judge and the choreographer said. Heidi was
also amazing.

America's favourite dancer will now be working for Canada's
richest singer. I think Benji will do great, and Travis and
Donyelle can go dance with Mia Michaels. Everyone's happy.

I think there were a lot of other dancers in that show that will do well
also. I hope to read about them in the future or see them somewhere.
