Tonight's "Simpsons" episode really as awful

And I'm not the type of person who says it every week. Really this is
the first episode in 17 years I can't say something in defense of. It
wasn't just unfunny but embarrassingly lame, like bad fan fiction.

Wow, I can't believe someone posted this. I watched it for the first
time in, like, three or four years and couldn't believe how
*depressingly* bad it was. I kept waiting for some punch like, any
punch line. The plot was incomprehensible (and back in the day, yeah,
The Simpsons had great plots).

I missed it. What happened?

And now it's making "American Dad" look good by comparison. This truly
is hitting the bottom.

American Dad is a very good show with moments of brilliance, its been
better than the Simpsons since the middle of its first season.
