Is Mohinder's gift the power of being inhumanly boring? The actor is so
good looking but his appearance on the screen triggers instant
narcolepsy in me. Fortunately his scenes are short.
Ubiquitous...

I find it amusing that his powers only work while he is asleep.

That's not _his_ power, that's the kid's power.

It's the Principle!...

I agree with you on both points. I guess devastatingly handsome people
never felt the need to develop any kind of personality. I know, maybe
he's just a bad actor, but somehow I doubt it.

See that's what makes me wonder if there's is something supernatural
going on. There are many devastatingly beautiful actors that I am
indifferent to their talent and happy to watch on screen just for the
chance just to marvel at their beauty. Matthew McConawhatever, Jay
Hernandez, Jake Gallenthal, Julia Roberts, Eva Longoria are a few. God
help me, Mar-Lo and J-Lo too (although nothing could compell me to see
Gigli).

I suspect that he is the most powerful character of all - the
super-scientist. He's the guy that invents the special ray gun so Earth
can defeat the Flying Saucers, or at least that's how it used to happen
in the 50's, when Ray Harryhausen was pre-eminent. Does anybody here
remember Professor Quatermass?
Eventually it will be revealed what are his father and the cheerleader's
father's connections to "Scientist Zero," the guy (or woman!) who
started it all. The conflicts at that level are battles of Titans, with
regular heroes being merely chess pieces, in conflicts that affect the
fate of the very universe.
Or as Donald Trump says - "Go big or go home."

Sorry for you. I could listen to his voice forever.

My wife and I both think his voice is mesmerizing, too.

Actually, the actor playing Mohinder is American. Born in Chicago.

Guess he's borrowing Marianne (without a trace) Jean-Baptiste's english
accent as she's not using it.

I find him interesting, however I find his father's secrecy to be
incomprehensible. Why would his father have kept this secret from him?

Didn't he say he doubted his father, just like everyone else? Why tell
someone your grand theory when they think you are a flake? However, someone
believed him, seeing as how he got a book published.
