Better than last week, but still surprisingly uninteresting from my
perspective. The Logan/Charlie plotline was the one that I enjoyed the
most. A nice twist with the supposed half brother turning out to be
a reporter. I didn't see that one coming. However, the Veronica/frat
boys stuff didn't hold my interest. At least we now know where Dick
lives. But why then did he show up on Logan's doorstep a couple of
weeks ago saying that he had nowhere to go? Obviously he does have some
place to go. What was up with that? The worst plotline was the

Dick didn't pledge at the fraternity until the following week.

As hinted in the dialogue this week, Dick may have been talking about
something more than his living arrangements.

Keith/Harmony "mystery". Again, I have to ask, "What was that all
about?" Did she have the hots for Keith or something? That may have
been the strangest mini-story that this series has ever put on the
screen.

I think a lot of people missed the point of the Keith/Harmony
story. Harmony learned 2 things: her husband is happy with their
marriage, but SHE is unhappy. The way she talked about their
relationship, her attraction to Keith - she was hoping he was cheating
because that would give her an out without being the bad guy. Now, her
only options are to be the bad guy or stay in an unsatisfying
marriage.
I think the creators are setting her up for a recurring role as
Keith's girlfriend - something I would like to see, actually. Keith
has been ready for a relationship for a while now, and Veronica is
less of an obstacle to that than she has been previously. She hinted
at that herself as far back as "Normal is the Watchword."

I had to check IMDb, but good catch. The characters' names on BtVS were
Harmony Kendall and Cordelia Chase. And Charisma's character's name on
VM is Kendall.

Cool! I caught the "Harmony" and "Chase" links to BTVS, but I had
forgotten that Harmony (BTVS version) even had a last name.

And was that last name, in turn, an homage to SMG's role on All My
Children?

Good points. Your interpretation of this plotline makes a lot of
sense. If Harmony does return to fill the role of a love interest
for Keith, I would not be disappointed, as I rather liked her character.

I like LSG myself, but I really wish they'd worked Paula Marshall's
character back into the show, for no other reason than Veronica really
screwed her and Keith out of a decent shot at a relationship.

From my point of view, three of the four episodes broadcast this year
have been below the standard that I have come to expect from "Veronica
Mars". I hope this is not the beginning of a trend.
