4400 season 3 - rather boring show

I watched NBC's 2-hour summary of season 1 and 2. Good stuff.

Then I watched USA's 4400 marathon yesterday of season 3. I found the
stories to be rather dull & uninteresting. (Of course many have said
season 3 is bad.) Glad I do not waste money on subscribing to this
show.

The format is interesting & different from what I expected. I thought
it would be a continuing story, where each episode is just a chapter in
a much larger story, but The 4400 is set-up more like an anthology
show. Every week seems to focus on a different character in a
separate, stand-alone short story. Interesting idea.

Actually, IMO, the season finale tied all the disparate storylines up,
leaving everything heavily open for next season. Liked that they're
even keeping Natasha Gregson Wagner in the mix as Skouris's sister by
having her be one of the ones to take one of the free Promycin
needles. You just know she's gonna develop powers next season.

The story is much better with Jordon Collier, played by Bill Campbell.
Hopefully TPTB behind the series have learned that lesson.
