Normally an attractive woman with low standards is a plus. But I have to
take points off Angela because of Dwight.

Even if Angela is physically more attractice, Pam *seems* more
attractive because of her disposition. Angela is almost always
scowling, while Pam is often cheery (except when she's depressed about
something).

The character Angela is also homophobic and too religious. In season
3, she said something to Oscar, which came across as homophobic. I
don't know if
the O.P. factored that in.

Dwight causes a point loss, but then there was the interesting
scene from this summer's webisodes where Angela's inexplicable
defense of Roy appears to signal a desire buried deep within her
for some hot, loading-dock love...

I find her [Pam/Jenna] normal look makes her seem kind of mousy/plain. But
when she smiles she does it with her whole face and really lights up.
