Irulan...
Quite a good made for tv movie on ABC Family channel tonight. I was quite
entertained. I wonder why they are waiting for a whole year before they show
the rest of the story?

Ian J. Ball...
I agree - it's quite weird the way they apparently divvied up 8 episodes
into a 2-hour movie for Summer 2006, and then a 6-episode 'limited
series' for Summer 2007.

Like I said - weird...

Watched the first few minutes then changed the channel....

Mark Nobles...
Some things require more time and more thought than a B. Spears video
to develop. It'll be on again Thursday evening.

ravenlynne...
And your point is what?

I planned on it..i didn't want to get too involved since we were going
out.

Ken from Chicago...
Then what was the point of watching or commenting about the 2-hour show you
weren't going to plan on watching completely?

ravenlynne...
I plan on watching it..i just mentioned that I only saw the beginning.
It's CONVERSATION. What is the point of your comment?

Ken from Chicago...
I was curious why in a thread reviewing the tv movie you posted that you
watched only a few minutes but changed the channel--which sounds like a

Tv movie / backdoor pilot. Funding is funny in Hollywood. It can take a
while to get money for a tv series if there isn't a "name" attached. Tom
Skerritt was the big name in the movie and I doubt he'll be back.

muzicmakr...
Thanks for passing that info along, I'll keep an eye out for it.

I was thinking about buying the books it's based on, but then I saw
that they're for kids.

pretty negative review, until in a follow up message you reveal you were
planning to go up anyway. Why make it sound like the show was so
uninteresting it couldn't hold your attention for a few minutes when you
were never going to watch the entire thing in the first place? It seemed
kind of misleading comment.

ravenlynne...
I didn't finish my statement...it was my bad...

Ken from Chicago...
Oh ... well, then, ... nevermind.

Anim8rFSK...
That's how Ken flirts.

He liiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiikes you.

Barry Margolin...
The way you said it sounded like you watched a few minutes and then
decided it was so bad that you wouldn't watch the rest.

weberm...
Wasn't this the pilot for a fall series?

Casey McDonald's Guidance Counsellor, Ian J. Ball...
It was a 'limited series' - 8 episodes have apparently been filmed.

ABC Family has decided to split those up into a 2-hour movie which aired
a couple of weeks back, and then the remaining 6 episodes which will air
Summer of 2007.

Ian (And, no - no one understands why they're waiting *that* long...)
