Speaking of, any chance you can give us a quick synopsis?

(I'm still trying to figure out what was going on with
NewGirlSluttyRachel and Nathan's Uncle, as I've seen all of 5 minutes of
this show over the past couple of months...)

could have been the series finale, I don't understand why he didn't write
the episode that way and tie up some loose ends. They could have also
started off anew if the series is picked up for the CW. One wonders whether
he wasn't told by the CW that he'd have at least 13 episodes in the coming
year.

I doubt it.

And, yeah - as I'd put the odds of OTH making it over to The CW at about
nil, it was a s****y thing to do to end on a cliffhanger.

But, then again, I'd expect nothing less from the addle-brained and
mismanaged OTH.
