Loved the ending. Thumper's face as he heard the explosions
all around him was priceless.
Hated the Wallace/Jane/Jackie soap opera. Didn't believe any of
it for a moment, and found that whole subplot irritating. Likewise
Jackie inviting the mentally handicapped (?) dude to the dance.
Yeah! Like that is going to happen! Let's insult the audience's

Why not? I've seen that happen lots of times. Somebody will bring the
blind student (or whoever) to the dance, just so that somebody took them to
a dance. She wasn't going to get anybody else to go with her anyway.

Oh, I have no doubt that such a thing could happen, and does happen.
I just don't believe that somebody like Jackie would do it.

What I didn't understand was the Mom -- she seemed happy to hand her son
over when they arrived, but mad when they left.

intelligence a little more. The Beaver/Mac soap opera was only
slightly better. At least the actors had me believing such a
scenario was possible. But why did I keep thinking of Willow/Oz
in BTVS S3? (-:

Hmmm... there were many enjoyable things, but it was also kinda boring,
especially the beginning.
