Seerialmom...
35 years at The Price is Right; thank you, Bob...now you can spend time
with your pals at Peta (not that there's anything wrong with
them...umm...I take that back)...and I don't have to worry about you
breaking a hip on the show anymore :)

Taylor...
Good for you, you decrepit old
goat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
:-D

Seerialmom...
Is that something like Katharine Hepburn would say to Henry Fonda in
the movie "On Golden Pond"? ;)

Uniblab...
You better believe it, buster!

EGTea...
No. she would say "You're my knight in shining armor...you old poop!"

GarondoMarondo...
I happened to catch a second of this show today for the first time in
years and not only is the studio much smaller than I remember its down
right cheap looking! Some of the prizes were ridiculously outdated and
the contestants were all dressed poorly. Then some 20 something lady
asked poor Bob to help her spin the wheel, first he didn't hear her
than he looked horrified that he had to help this able-bodied lady spin
it and he nearly fell over.

The show will need a cosmetic rehaul if it wants to continue with its
next host for another 35 years.

..
Garondo Marondo!

Taylor...
Get 'Supermarket Sweep' host (and Janet Wood's [Three's Company]
fiancee/husband), David Ruprecht to host. I really like him!

Does he NOT give you a boner??!!

Ubiquitous...
Thirty-five? I thought it was longer than that.

In either case, CBS needs to retire this show after Bob leaves.

Uniblab...
They should retire the show as well. You know what's going to happen:
they're going to hire a "hip" young comedian who really isn't a game show
host, and overhaul the graphics and music, and it'll last 13 weeks - a sad
end to such a long-running show.

If they insist on continuing, they should hire Chuck Woolery, but they're
going to want to go younger (please God, not Todd Newton).
