Kitchen Nightmares, yeah. A little different this time than most, a
kitchen team perhaps a little too talented.

The problem with the restaurant featured last night was due to too much
talent for the location. Plus the head chef didn't want to simplify
for the local tastes; he got a good dose of reality when the
ex-Michelin president came in and panned his dish. I watch both shows
(Hells Kitchen and RKN); pretty good stuff on both. BTW he just won a
libel lawsuit where some rag claimed that in the Bonaparte episode it
wasn't the real chef but rather some lamer they stuck in to make it
look bad.

I think this is easily the best of the 3 shows I have seen that feature
Gordon Ramsey. The focus isn't so much on Ramsey and his temper, and
seeing behind the scenes at these restaurants is can be pretty
fascinating.
