Is Justice tonight on Fox an all new episode ?

Gosh we posted about the same time, but I love this show, hope its
staying on, first I heard cancelled then I heard it was coming back
12/11 now its on 12/1. Wish they just keep it in one spot so I
actually know its on. I found out by reviewing the tv guide at yahoo

Just because networks think "all new" is the opposite of "special
encore" is no reason for us to buy into it. "New" and "rerun" do just

I'm pretty sure I've heard clip shows referred to as "all new." FOX
has also promoted a new episode followed by a rerun as "an all new
hour."

Although your point is taken some 'clip' shows could be deemed partly new in
that it is a series of previously aired clips with some percentage on new
linking material.
