Anything on Cable TV worth watching?

just a few months ago I canceled my cable, but another friend just
upgraded to Cable internet and television. Here's what I used to
watch, and what I recommended to him:

Mondays - Stargate SG1 reruns 7 to 11 SCIFI
mon/tuesday - Xfiles midnight to 6 a.m. TNT
wednesdays - Alias midnight to 6 a.m. TNT

daily - Buffy the vampire slayer 7 a.m. FX
daily - Angel 8 a.m. TNT
daily - Smallville 7 p.m. ABCfamily

While all these shows were worth watching, I'd already seen them all
MULTIPLE times, and I thought it silly to pay for Reruns of stuff I'd
basically memorized.

Anything else worth watching to recommend to a friend (remember- CABLE
only, not network tv... he's already seen & boycotted the network
television as trash)?

There's 'Eureka' on Sci-Fi. Second ep airs tonight (Tuesday) and
they've been re-running the premiere. Also, Sci-Fi runs 'Stargate:
Atlantis' and new episodes of 'SG:1' on Fridays.

Be forewarned though, SG1 really really really needs RDA.

Without him it's just Farscape SG1.

BBC America just added 'Life on Mars' to it's schedule last night.
These eps are edited to allow for commercials, but I still highly
recommend the show. Don't know when they re-run it.

Check your cable system. It may not have BBC america or
you may have to upgrade to Digital Cable to get it.

There is also a new show (Eureka) that just started on Sci
fi.....looks good but then we've only seen one episode.
Too early to tell if it's any good.
