But what's she been doing with herself for the last 5 years? The last
movies in her portfolio before this one (I'm looking at a movie-only
site as I type this so dunno about TV) were in 2000 (Cast Away, What
Women Want & Pay it Forward) and Jade Scoprion in 2001...

That's your problem right there, either use imdb or give up. Anyway, the
last time I saw her she was playing Ed Harris' ex-wife in the HBO
mini-series "Empire Falls" in 2005.

She might have decided to take some time off after several years on a
weekly series, or she could have been involved in a handful of movies
that never ended up seeing the light of day for some reason. It
happens.
