The Snore That Is Fox's Fall '06

Seems like FOX should have more pilots ordered by now that it does, but
based on what it has greenlit so far, I don't think much hope can be
held for what else may be coming our way.

COMEDY

THE 12TH MAN - Single-cam comedy about a pro basketball player who's
not quite good enough to get much court time and feels marginalized as
a result.

Interesting title, considering the recent Texas A&M - Seattle "12th
Man" incident. I would have an easier time watching this show if they
made it about a developmental league, or simply a lesser sport where
they could get away with not using any actual recognizeable basketball
players and not sacrifice believability.

THE ADVENTURES OF BIG HANDSOME GUY AND HIS LITTLE FRIEND - Everything
comes easy for MacArthur ("the big handsome guy"), but not Winer ("his
little friend").

when he was a 32-year-old slacker living with his parents and spending
all his time lying on the couch watching TV.

The vast majority of Americans have been *both* blinded by love and
hurt by love at one time or another. So what's the point?

I caught the original British comedy on BBC America and quite good, but the
UK had the advantage of only having to do seven episodes how can Fox make a
longer season and what happens next year

puts him in the hunt for Incan gold believed buried by Spanish

I used to date somebody who, when she was married, lived in Biloxi and had
the same name as the crime family that ran the town (no relation). She'd
just go into a restaurant and mumble her last name and they clear any table
she wanted. Seems like somebody actually might have done some homework here.

VANISHED - Serialized drama which tracks the search by the law, the
media and family members for a senator's wife who goes missing as part
of a larger conspiracy.
