Steven L....
"Lost" actress Evangeline Lilly had once said she values her privacy,
and she would like to vacation in some foreign country where they never
heard of "Lost."

Which would mean that "Lost" is watched by .2% of the population.

Ryan Robbins...
Not necessarily.

Maybe it's just her experience, you know, that she -is- more recognized than
you think.

.2% of 300m. I think *I* may be more famous than this person.

robgood...
Or they'll recognize her as familiar from SOMEWHERE, but not
necessarily TV. "Were you my child's baby sitter 5 years ago?"

linuxutilisateur...
Seriously, who is she? As for "Lost"; as far as I know it's part of an
English vocabulary.

Gemini Jackson...
Even in the US, except for those who watch the show, most know nothing
about it. None of my friends or family have ever seen it. Their
loss.

That's more difficult than I realized. I was doing some internet
surfing and I even found an article on her and "Lost" in the Himalayan
Times, which is published in Katmandu, Nepal:

So what countries have never heard of "Lost"?

Same question for other hit shows. If, say, Leonard Nimoy or William
Shatner wanted to vacation in some foreign country where nobody ever
heard of "Star Trek," where would they go?

BTR1701...
I once saw Sandra Bullock shopping in a Whole Foods market in Austin,
Texas and recognized her instantly.

Hunter Rose...
But did you get the number?

BTR1701...
She wanted my number but I told her such brazen flirting was unseemly.
;-)

Jack Thompson...
So I take it Knight Rider and Baywatch were dubbed brilliantly?

Anim8rFSK...
Who watches Baywatch with the sound on?
