Tuesdays at 9 PM, we have the choice of House, Love Monkey, Scrubs, and
Commander-in-Chief, all of which I like. I'm going to have to miss two
of them.

Uh, 'cos Tom Cavanagh is in it, and it's set in NYC, and the promos have
been cloying and unimpressive?

The promos have been almost as bad as the ones for Four Kings (which
turned out to be amazingly accurate as far as a suckitude predictor).

In an illustration of 'my, how tastes vary', I'd say Tom Cavanagh's
presence is the reason I might sample it in spite of Jason Priestley's
participation.

I like Cavanagh and I'm happy to see that he's playing an Ed-type
character but the promos really do suck. If these are the show's
funniest moments I'd hate to see the rest.

I'm with you there. Other reasons to watch for me are Ivana Milicevic
and Judy Greer, although I'm a little disappointed that there's no
actual monkey on the show.
It looks like it's basically going to be "Ed and the City." Makes me
wonder why Ed had such a problem with Carol Vessey relocating to NYC,
if he was just going to move there himself in a couple years.

The fact it's set in NYC isn't a factor to me either way.
And please don't tell me you trust promos.

Wednesday this week, nothing is on at all for me. Veronica Mars will be
back eventually, but I don't like it so much anymore. If it were on
Tue. at 9, it would be my last choice.
I'm dropping House for sure. It's in syndication already. I'm hoping
they'll move Love Monkey. And I'll watch Scrubs and tape CIC.

If it were an easy choice, I wouldn't have posted. I like both shows,
but House is in syndication. I wish they'd move two of these shows, to
Wed., Fri., Sat. Anywhere but Tues. at 9.

I thought it would be an easy choice. CIC is pure slop compared to
House. I'd wait for CIC to go into syndication and enjoy the quality of
House.
Granted, up here, I have at least two opportunities a night to catch all
the primetime shows (we get both East and West network feeds as well as
all CTV, Global and CBC across Canada) and even with that selection, I
don't bother with CIC. It's just a watered down and poorly done TWW.
