Regarding Piers and the quick change couple. What does he expect from
them? What else can they do except for changing costumes quickly? That's
what their routine is. What else are they suppose to do?

He seems to have the hots for all the girls from age 11 and up. The guy is a
creep.

a talent contest? From what I've read his background is as a tabloid
journalist with some questionable dealings on his record. Though I don't
consider them heavyweights, at least Brandy and Hasselhoff have
entertainment/performance experience.

Is he the guy with the English accent? I figured he was there to provide
the English accent, and maybe to do the Simon routine.

That's exactly why he's there. Simon has a contract that he can produce
shows for other networks, but can't appear. So they tried to clone him.
And failed.
