It is Libby. It's a clip from tonight's episode. I just watched it.
Hurley said she was familiar. This explains why.

Most people seemed to think that she used to *work* at the mental
institution that Hurley was in, since she claims to be a
psychatrist (or psychologist or something).
Of course, it's basicaly the same.

I couldn't tape the episode. Do we see Libby in the background in the scenes
with Hurley and Dave in the mental institute? I realized after the fact of
the (a la 'Sixth Sense') clues about Dave but could not recall if she was
in there as well.

You sure it's not Helen Hunt? ;-)
