Frank Swarbrick...
[spoilers for "Lay Down Your Burdens" Part 2]

From memory, and a bit of research, here are the different
human-looking Cylon models that we have seen:

6 - "Shelley Godfrey" (Tricia Helfer)
8 - "Sharon Valerii" (Grace Park)
? - "Leoben Conoy" (Callum Keith Rennie)
? - "Aaron Doral" (Matthew Bennett)
? - "Simon" (Rick Worthy)
? - "D'Anna Biers" (Lucy Lawless)

Ken from Chicago...
3 or 4

? - "Brother Cavell" (Dean Stockwell)

Did I miss any? That's 7. Of the mechanized-looking models, have we

Obveeus...
seen

seen more than one kind?

Obveeus...
Not sure if this fits in with what you are looking for, but we also have the
'mechanized looking' (atleast on the outside) fighter ships like Scar.

Rob Jensen...
Yeah, the Raiders. Obviously, they're a model of Cylon, but I think
that Frank was wondering if there were other models of the bipedal
Centurions.

Frank Swarbrick...
Sure, I can go for that. At least until the series contradicts it. And
I don't see why they would, since they established that the ships are
"alive".

fruitbat...
I'd go the other direction, personally. I consider them to be outside
of the model list until they're explicitly put there on screen (or in
interviews, I suppose, but Moore can always change his mind). They've
referred to the humanoid models by number, but never any ships. They're
alive, yes, but they seem to be a lower class of Cylon (almost like a
pet), and they certainly don't seem to be involved in any
decision-making.

And while we're discussing the number of models, what's to stop the
Cylons from just designing a 13th humanoid model for mass-production,
or even a one-off model, for that matter?

Ken from Chicago...
Yeah, there were twelve models at the START of the series. Maybe they're
more (no pun intended). Tho why have copies if you have multiple models?

Obveeus...
Baltar reelection campaign slogan: 'a fish in every pot, ale in every cup,
and a cylon in every bed'.

Ken from Chicago...
Aside from that pesky massacre, that whole Cylon rule deal sounds cool.

fruitbat...
What pun?

fruitbat...
Designing a model here and there might not be too big a deal. Designing
every individual for what appears to be a huge civilization would be
ridiculously time-consuming... Not to mention the potential problems
with downloading (due to different brain
chemistries/structures/whatever).

Patrick Joseph McNamara...
The implication is that the humanoid cylons are the newest and most advanced
models. As such they might not have had enough time to design more. Also,
machines don't care about individuality. They don't care if they all look
alike. The humanoid models were necessary for infiltration.

It's possible that each model was designed with a specific purpose: Sharon
would infiltrate the military, Six would work on disabling planetary
security and another would work as a reporter and gather information. Each
group of 12 would work as a special task force to prepare the worlds for
Cylon invasion. With 12 planets to deal with, they could put one on each
planet, thus giving them 12 x 12 or 144 units in operation across all the
planets, which should be more than enough. Out of those 144 units, 8 or 9
(about 6%) apparently made it into the fleet.

Zombie Elvis...
We've seen sketches of the original toasters which looked just like
the original BSG Cylons. Also, the Raiders are Cylons in their own
right.
