It's an ad for the holidays and holiday entertaining. She's not saying
that her family eats like that all the time or that they need a new
refrigerator because of it. She's saying the whole family gets together
for the holiday, has dinner at 3 p.m. and then grazes on the leftovers
throughout the day. Another lady in the ad talks about how they run
the dishwasher three times during the day.
