Hmmm ... well, it's 9AM on Wednesday morning here and my old Talk TV
station, channel 64, is now "Rogers Personal TV", basically an ad for Rogers
Cable and all the great packages I can buy. According to the Zap2it listings
(although it's still labelled as "TALKTV"), MTV is supposed to be on channel 64.
Frankly, I think I'm too old to really care about their programming (41), but
it's the principle of the thing, ya know? Where's my freakin' MTV!? :-P
Cheers,
TD (aka Rhonda)
Bruce Springsteen, Madonna
Way before Nirvana
There was U2 and Blondie
And music still on MTV
from Bowling For Soup's "1985"
for a good time call

Oh gee. Now we have a 24 hour reality show channel. Whoopee.

And we're loosing a 24 hour talk channel. I really only bothered watching
TalkTV for Ebert & Roper.
If you want to see something really exciting, catch the countdown today
before 6 pm. A red MTV logo and a clock.

It'll be like creating the Canada's first Swedish television network and
having nothing but programming from Greece. *shakes head*
I'd wish it to fail, but I don't want to give the people at CHUM (Much
Music) an even larger swelled head. And I worked for CHUM at one point,
too!!!
