It's Medicare subsidizing the unnecessary amputation of perfectly
healthy body parts on (American) infant male boys; human rights
violations reasons exempt. Even those states that have dropped funding,
it still bumps up the costs for all Americans who have private health
insurance. House should take note and act really, really crabby about
it, too. ;-)
