10/12 csi: what was the point?

at the end, the csi team started to discuss morality. i didn't need to
hear it from a tv show.
greg responding like he's batman was a dumb move. do you think a
reporter would
respond like greg did? nope.

They always do a little of that, especially Grissom.

They have a new formula this year, with more disturbing content, in
small doses, more explicit violence, and I guess they need to offset
it with something quiet and explanatory.

The crime seemed different, in that it was a recurring thing to chase
down rather than the crime happens at the beginning of the episode
and then they spend the rest uncovering what happened.

I think this isn't the first time an ongoing crime has happened
through an episode, but this one seemed to be a jump further.

I think they're trying to make it "edgier", but I'm uncomfortable with
it, I think they need to tune it up further or turn it off.

Why would you compare Greg to a reporter??? A reporter isn't driving
around in a police vehicle. Most kids beating on someone would scatter
the moment they heard the siren. Just because one of the kids was a
little too brave for his own good, doesn't make Greg's decision wrong.
